Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fastive mobile application and related services provided by Siafy Teknoloji ("Siafy", "we", "us", or "our"). Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Fastive. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that intermittent fasting is appropriate for your health. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any fasting regimen, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight, have diabetes, an eating disorder, take medication, or have any medical condition.

The Service

Fastive is a wellness and lifestyle tool for tracking intermittent fasting, hydration, weight, and meals. The Service includes:

• Fasting timers and schedules
• Metabolic phase information (educational)
• Water, weight, and meal logging
• Optional AI-assisted meal photo analysis
• Optional Apple Health / Health Connect synchronization
• Local notifications and Live Activity (supported iOS devices)
• Optional Premium subscription features

Not medical advice

Accounts

Guest (anonymous) accounts

Fastive may allow you to use the app as a guest without providing an email. Guest data is tied to your device session and anonymous user ID.

Registered accounts

You may optionally link an email and password to preserve progress across devices. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fastive.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account deletion

Registered users may delete their account in Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. Guest accounts cannot be deleted through the in-app delete flow.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes others' rights
• Upload non-meal images to the AI scanner to circumvent limits or abuse the system
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, notes, logs). By submitting meal photos for AI analysis, you grant Siafy a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service, including sending images to our AI sub-processors.

Subscriptions and payments (Fastive Premium)

Premium features

Fastive Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks advanced fasting plans (20:4, OMAD, 5:2), heat map analytics, badges, and related Premium content. Feature availability may change over time.

Billing

Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and processed by RevenueCat. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. There is no free trial unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing and cancelling

You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. Siafy cannot issue store refunds directly. Contact Apple or Google for refund eligibility.

AI features

The AI meal scanner uses third-party machine learning models to estimate calories, macronutrients, and whether a meal may break a fast. You acknowledge that:

• Results are estimates, not guaranteed accurate
• The system may misidentify food or fail on certain images
• Usage is limited (currently one scan per UTC day per user)
• AI features may be unavailable during outages or maintenance

Health platform integration

If you enable Apple Health or Health Connect sync, you authorize Fastive to read and write the data types disclosed in the permission prompts and Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in Fastive Settings and in your device's health/privacy settings.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, logos, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Siafy or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Gemini, Apple, Google, etc.). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siafy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (A) the amount you paid to Siafy in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (B) USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siafy from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Apple and Google specific terms

If you downloaded Fastive from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Siafy, not Apple. If you downloaded from Google Play, similar platform terms may apply between you and Google.
